Morning from Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam fly to Mtemere airstrip on a 50 mins to 1 hrs flight. Your private safari guide will welcome you at the airstrip. After a brief introduction, you will enjoy the game driving at Nyerere National Park, dinner and overnight in Nyerere Park.

After early breakfast depart for full day game drive in the Selous Game Reserve exploring the game in the surrounding areas. You may expect to see any of the major African great favorite mammals, including Elephant, Giraffes, Lions, Buffalo, Zebra and even the rare African Wild Dog.

Early morning walking safari into the Nyerere National Park, usually start at 6-6.30am after early morning tea or coffee, accompanied by an armed ranger and it will take around 2-3 hours long. Walking safari is a fantastic way to experience more about the Selous Bushes.
